The cleaner is a water-based ultrasonic cleaner for mould cleaning in plastic injection moulding. It is effective against plastic outgassing, plastic residues, grease, corrosion protection agents and flash rust with light corrosion.

Master Mould 100 is a water-based ultrasonic cleaner specially developed for the plastic injection moulding industry to effectively clean mould inserts. The product effectively removes plastic outgassing, plastic residues, grease, corrosion protection agents and flash rust.
A special feature of Master Mould 100 is its anti-blacking agent, which prevents some steels from darkening during cleaning. The product is suitable for a wide range of materials such as steels, stainless steels, aluminium, and non-ferrous metals.
Master Mould 100 is a VOC-free product and can be used in existing cleaning systems with oil separators, as it demulsifies carried-in oil. Cleaning in circulation systems such as the Hot-Water Parts Washer, Bio-Circle Turbo and HP is not possible as the cleaner will foam.
It is an environmentally friendly and effective cleaning solution for mould inserts in the plastic injection moulding industry.

Utilizare
- Add 20-50 % of the cleaner to the ultrasonic bath and dilute with water.
- Heat to 60 °C. Cleaning time: approx. 15-30 minutes, depending on the degree of soiling.
- Corrosion Protection 100: Can be added in the range of 0.5 to 3 %.
