The water-based machine cleaner ALUSTAR 500 does what classic alkaline cleaners cannot: It removes burnt-in oil and grease residues from aluminium, brass, and copper!
- REMOVES high-grade contamination, burnt-in oils and greases, rubbed-off material, contamination after deep-drawing, etc.
- CLEANS all common metals, also sensitive ones such as aluminium, brass, copper, etc.
- pH neutral and low residue
- Suitable for high-pressure parts washers

- Safe → VOC-free, silicate-free, free from alkalis
- Label-free → if diluted with water, 30 % or higher
- Nature Boost: with the power of sustainable raw materials, such as vegetable ester, coconut-oil-based surfactants, and natural fatty acids of plant origin

Uncompromisingly good – gentle on the material
The water-based machine cleaner ALUSTAR 500 does what classic alkaline cleaners cannot: It removes burnt-in oil and grease residues from aluminium, brass and copper!
In addition, the high-yield Nature Boost cleaner is VOC-free, silicate-free, and free of alkalis. ALUSTAR 500 is also pH-neutral and low in residues. Instead of alkalis, surfactants and special cleaning additives are used.
ALUSTAR 500 is perfect for component cleaning after deep drawing and for high levels of burnt-in oil and grease. With the PPT plate separator, a long service life is guaranteed.
